Nikolas Bantoias is a lawyer in Thessaloniki. He was born on March 18th, 1988 in Kozani. He lived in Grevena and is a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace. He lived in Komotini during his undergraduate studies.
Following the end of his military service in 2012, his training at the Thessaloniki Bar Association followed. Since 2013 he has been an active member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association, and active in the field of civil law, dealing mainly with civil, commercial and administrative law matters in Thessaloniki and Western Macedonia.
Since 2016 he has his own law firm in the center of Thessaloniki, and until today he has been working as an associate in the law firm of Athanasios Ziogas.
In 2014 and 2019, he participated as a candidate in the municipal elections and in 2018, he ran as a candidate in the Thessaloniki Bar Association elections, supporting the current Secretary-General, Petros Samaras.
He is one of the first accredited mediators in Greece, having completed his training at the Thessaloniki Mediation Training Institute in 2014 and holds the title of ADR Group Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator of the ADR Group in London, in civil and commercial law. Since 2015 he is a Certified Mediator of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
Since 2020 he is a postgraduate student of the first Greek Postgraduate Program entitled "LAW AND INFORMATICS". This postgraduate program is co-organized by the Department of Applied Informatics of the University of Macedonia and the Law Department of the Democritus University of Thrace and deals with issues of electronic crime, e-commerce and personal data (GDPR) issues.
He is fluent in English and French and an excellent computer user.
